KIS (Keep It Simple)
Sometimes the best ideas are deceptively simple
So this page is a place for those good ideas that don't quite fit elsewhere.

Today Tonight report
This device stops back pain in about 3 minutes (seems to work each and every time). It's easy to use, cheap and has a relatively small footprint. It works best on lower back pain (which is where most people have pain)... and also works on scoliosis (presumably Lordosis too?). In fact with continued use it should help reverse some of these conditions. Those with intractable back pain ought to try this. Much more effective than pain killers.
Inversion also works for back problems but an inversion device is fairly large, more expensive and uncomfortable to use.
